Open roads complete rv white ga reviews9/27/2023 My advice : hire someone to inspect your unit before buying it because they will s**** you over like no other. If you call to get answers you can expect to never get a call back. The communication within sales and I was absolutely horrendous. I never had leaks before leaving it in their possession and it came back with 3 leaks. They returned it with the diamond plate at the bottom of the cap not screwed in and with insulation exposed, water heater didn't work, awning didn't work either. I received my camper back again knowing it was going to still not be *********** but I was tired of their s***** work and hired someone to do it right considering they had my camper 9 out of 10 months that I've owned it. I took my camper in for the second time and they had it for 6 1/2 months this go round. Along with that The super slide out floor was ruined and they replaced it twice because I guess their motto is do it half a** first and than do it correctly when the customer finds the half a** work and has to call the owner ****. I picked it up and ***** made a remark about they guy who traded in told them about water damage and open roads new **** weeks down the road the front bedroom by hitch had a destroyed wall from the water along with the front cap being destroyed as well. I signed my papers and they had my camper for two months and I got it back. I agreed believing they would fix it right. ***** the manager of sales jacked my prices up $2,000 to get it fixed. Long story short the shop guys did an inspection and it was priced for a trailer that had essentially NO issues and I stupidly believed them when they said they did the inspection. Worst experience buying a travel trailer from open roads. If I could give a negative rating I would. Is there some sort of lemon law in ******* that I can return the unit? Open Roads RV went all out in customer service while they were trying to sell us, not so much now "tough luck". I did finance the unit and the first payment is due July 16. So now two weekends have passed that we have not been able to use the camper and now we don't when we will be able to use (most campgrounds require reservations). On Jreceived a call from the **, where she admitted that the part had not been even bee ordered until July 5 and that they did not have date in which I would receive the part. I got tired of waiting and called back, I was able to speak to the ** this time and she relayed that the part was on its way and that I would receive on the 6th or 7th of July. on Monday JI called Open Roads to complain that we hadn't received the missing piece, after talking to Service Manager, he replied he couldn't get an ETA from the manufacturer, I asked to speak to the General Manager, was placed on hold for 25 minutes, at which point I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the General Manager (******) again was put on hold again for another 15 minutes, hung and re-dialed and asked that the ** call me back ASAP, at 2:47 p.m. Both the salesperson ( ******* and the service person assured us that we would receive the part within 3 to 4 days. ![]() When we arrived we were told there was a significant part missing from the unit, but it had been ordered and we should have in 3 to 4 days, my wife and I both had reservations about taking possession of the unit and wanted to cancel the deal. ![]() Had a pick up date scheduled the following Friday June 23, 2023. On Jmy wife and I purchased a camper/travel trailer (2022 ** Sportsman Classic 180RBT) from Open Roads Complete RV in ******, **, we were told we couldn't pick up that day because the service department would do a complete check of the unit (charge battery, fill propane tank, clean, etc).
